The user is responsible for checking the Lot or Stock number, vehicle information, winning bid, location and destination before making a purchase or shipping decision.
Calculator and prices
Calculator results depend on the data and rates stored in the system and the options selected by the user at calculation time. A PDF or calculation document reflects those values when it is generated.
Commercial services
Actual purchase and shipping transactions are governed by the approved agreements, invoices and commercial terms between the company and the customer. Those documents control the delivered service.
Vehicle listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing information and images and for having the right to publish them. Administration may review, reject, hide or remove inaccurate or non-compliant listings.
Permitted use
Users may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, or obtain unauthorized access to accounts, administration pages, databases or internal interfaces.
Intellectual property
The SUOOL CARS trade name, logo, design, owned content and software may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
